The South Sumatra Provincial Trade Office is a new regional apparatus after the establishment of the South Sumatra Provincial Regional Apparatus which is responsible for carrying out the tasks of decentralization, deconcentration and trade support. Management and archival systems have been done manually by recording into books and storing the letter in a filing cabinet. With this system, there are several problems in searching for mail data that takes a long time and managing data that is not stored completely such as dates and letter numbers in mail archiving. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and literature reviews. With the development of electronic archival information systems using the system development life cycle (SDLC) approach and the application of programming using PHP and database languages using XAMPP and Google Chrome as web browsers.  With the existence of an information system in archiving and recording more effectively and minimizing the loss of archival data and the output of letter data in a structured manner that is needed, making it easier for the South Sumatra Provincial Trade Office to obtain archiving information.
