LPP TVRI South Sumatra Station is a public media with high integrity to voice various values, culture and diversity which are the pride of Indonesia through its quality program content to all levels of society to various corners of the world. The event program documentation system currently running uses a computer with Microsoft Excel software, which of course can only be used to store event program documentation data. Meanwhile, in the process of requesting program documentation by agencies or companies, it is still done manually, namely by going directly to the LPP TVRI South Sumatra Station office. This is felt to be less effective and efficient, so to make it easier for agencies and employees to request program documentation, a new system is needed that can manage program documentation properly, and can make it easier for users to manage the documentation process, so as to simplify the process of recording, storing, searching. as well as report generation. The purpose of this practical work research is to design a program documentation management information system at LPP TVRI South Sumatra using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method using UML (unified modeling language) tools so that it can assist agencies in the process of requesting program documentation program. The design of this research is to create a program documentation management information system at LPP TVRI South Sumatra using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method.
