Perancangan Antarmuka Website TOECO Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design (UCD)

TOECO is part of CV Digital Creative products. TOECO itself is a website base that
has one product, namely point of sales (POS). Within the POS itself there are bases for FnB,
fashion, and a pharmacy. Because the website functions as the latest and interesting
information media for internet users to read. TOECO needs to have a company profile website
display. The design of the TOECO website interface is needed to make the appearance of the
TOECO company profile website more attractive and good. The method used in this study is the
User Centered Design (UCD) Method. The User Centered Design (UCD) method is an iterative
interface design process approach that focuses on usability goals, user characteristics,
environment, tasks, and workflow in the design. The use of the User Centered Design (UCD)
method aims to help design according to what is needed by its users. The results of this study
are a TOECO website interface design that focuses on what users need and consists of several
features: Live Chat, blog, which can facilitate user access.
