Analisis Kepuasan Peserta Kursus Digital Creative Palembang Menggunakan Metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis)

Digital Creative Palembang Headquartered in Palembang, Digital Creative provides
IT services for all business needs. They build software that fits the overall digital strategy. In
this study, the aim was to find out the analysis of the satisfaction of course participants in
Digital Creative. Customer satisfaction is a feeling of both pleasure and disappointment from
someone who uses the product or service we provide, where this feeling arises when the
consumer feels whether his needs and desires are in accordance with what is expected. The
factors that form the basis of this research are product quality, service quality, price, factors
based on personal interests, factors based on situations. The population in this study were all
participants who enrolled in Digital Creative courses. The sample in this study were 20 people.
Sampling in this study was carried out using saturated sampling method where the total
population will be used entirely as a sample. Because given the small population. Then the scale
used in this study is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study is Importance
Performance Analysis (IPA). The results obtained in this study can be used as a reference for
website development in the future so that it is even better and more optimal.
