Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Gangguan Listrik Berbasis Web Pada PT.PLN (Persero) UP2D S2JB Palembang

PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D S2JB is the Distribution Management Implementation
Unit that regulates the distribution of 20kV feeder distribution throughout South Sumatra,
Jambi, and Bengkulu. PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D S2JB is in charge of receiving reports from
customers regarding power interruptions and notifying before power outages. In fact, in
communication efforts to be able to understand customer desires, we often encounter
misunderstandings that lead to a complaint statement or filing a complaint with the
Company . Difficult and late reports from customers will result in delays in planning and
following up on problems that occur . Along with the development of technology so that it
can facilitate work, including in the customer reporting system. This study aims to design a
web-based electrical fault reporting Information System later it is hoped that reporting
through the web can make it easier for customers and companies to establish
communication related to obstacles in the field.
