Lontar Nira Tree (Borassus flabellifer) is one type of plant in Tuban district that can produce alcohol. This study aims to determine the percentage of alcohol content produced by Lontar Nira (Borassus flabellifer) trees using a mixture of microorganisms namely Acetobacter xylinum and Saccharomyces cereviceae at various concentrations of 0%, 5%, 10% and 15%. The data obtained were alcohol content analyzed using Kruskall Wallis test at 5% confidence level. The results showed that the administration of microbial combinations of Acetobacter xylinum and Saccharomyces cereviceae showed a significant difference of 0.00, with a concentration of 10% showed the highest yield (18.00) in producing alcohol content compared with a concentration of 0% (5.50), 5 % (13.00), and 15% (5.50).
