Attractant is something that has an attraction to insects (mosquitoes) both chemically and visually (physically). To be more effective Mosquito traps combined with the attractant media preferred by Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. The purpose of this research is to find out comparison of the effectiveness of attractant red pepper (Capsicum annum) immersion water, straw soaking water (Oryza sativa), and jengkol skin powder immersion water (pithecellobium lobattum) against Aedes aegypti mosquito. Currently, the most effective concentration of attractants is known, the concentration of attractants determines the effectiveness ofwork Trapping. The study was conducted by comparing the effectiveness of the three types of attractants with three treatments and nine repetitions. This research is experimental research. The design used is a completely randomized design. Based on different tests obtained at a concentration of 10% in straw soak water attractant (Oryza sativa), and 15% red chili marinade (Capsicum annum) 100% best trap Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in trapping, while jengkol skin (Pithecellobium lobattum) and poor control in trapping mosquitoes around 77% and 33% of Aedes aegypti.
